There is a sense of pride that comes from a collaborative approach and a seamless process. This is what we strive for with every client who works with our team. Our unique process follows four distinct phases that have been tried and tested.
With the commencement of each contract, the team make sure that an extensive briefing process is undertaken. This important stage ensures that all parties are on the same page and are moving forward towards a final product that is exactly what was initially envisioned.
It is at this stage that clients showcase their inspiration, photos and discuss ideas at length. All of these things help us to develop the same vision and move forward harmoniously in an organized fashion.
The design phase starts early on. It is here where we can accurately envision the home and discuss your dreams. Over time the vision makes its way into fruition, the approved plans are distributed to engineering and our interior designer for the professional touches.

With approved designs and our team who have been involved from the beginning, the building can commence. Our clients are kept actively involved throughout this stage, as the site managers liaise directly with the owners. We are fully integrated with Co-Construct, a user friendly platform that keeps our customers up to date through out every step of this process. Upon completion, we conduct a walk-through of the completed home and prepare for the handover.
With everything complete, and the new owners eagerly ready to start making their new house a home, the keys are handed over. Wesley Custom Homes is always available to answer future questions or queries.
